One evening, late into the night, I was watching T.V and came across a video documentary of a chef teaching how to prepare raw natural healthy meals. I was intruiged by what I saw and could not sit on it so I went online and decided to search for this person.
I had no name but I could tell he was from the Carribean so I searched and I came across his picture. Then I came across his name, Dr Aris Latham. I contacted him and was glad to know he is coming to Ghana to share his profound knowledge in natural living with Ghanaians.
